Step 1: Log into myNSFAS and check your payment status under "Payment History". Step 2: Confirm your banking details are correct under "My Profile". Step 3: Check with your institution's financial aid office — some payments route through institutions. Step 4: If all looks correct but payment is missing after 5 business days, contact NSFAS on 08000 67327 or email info@nsfas.org.za. Step 5: Keep a reference number from every interaction. Escalate via the NSFAS social media channels (@myNSFAS on X) if unresolved after 2 weeks.
